Delivering bad news

There are lots of things you can do to minimize the impact that bad news can have on your clients. We’ve developed a checklist that can help you to create communication that is less likely to upset your clients and reduces the number of calls and complaints you receive from your clients.

In this course we cover each item in our checklist in detail and we also show you to apply these items to actual examples.
